A pleasant tradition of the NCCAA Office is going out to eat for their birthdays and inviting the spouses! We went out last wing for the head honcho's bday, Dan, to a local favorite wings eatery. They had a wings buffet which I even tried and ate my money's worth. Here is a picture of the group at the lunch. Left to right are Kelley Woods, Dan Woods, Jerry, Jill Hancock, Tom Hancock. Aren't they a great looking bunch of folks? So fun to work with and have lunch with!
Last Saturday was still a very warm day, so rather than hike we took a car tour. Drove up to North Carolina and hit the Blue Mountains Parkway for about a 60 mile drive. Had lunch in a restaurant at the top of a mountain and made a few stops. We want to go back to hike and also see the fall folige in October.Life is good here in SC and we are adapting. We are looking forward to cooler weather and the things that fall brings here in Greenville.
